Crowd-Management UGV

A compact, expandable unmanned ground system for protected observation, public communication and coordinated crowd management.

Concept stage

Crowd-management UGV with shield walls fully deployed

01 Travel mode

Compact enough to move anywhere

Folded, the vehicle is about 1.3 m wide for easy movement and transport, with the mast retracted for confined spaces.

02 Partial deployment

Extend as the situation requires

Wings open to about 3.5 m. Each side deploys independently, so the barrier can match the corridor or the crowd.

03 Full deployment

A six-metre barrier in minutes

Two doors per side lock out to roughly 6 m wide and 7 ft high, with stabilising feet in deployed mode.

Operate

One operator, one view

Operator at the control station

Cameras, lighting, audio and vehicle movement are controlled from one station, with live day and night video, a map view and vehicle status.

  • Real-time video, audio and system status
  • Individual and group control, with select-and-recall
  • Emergency response and failsafe
Operator interface

Fleet

Three platforms. One mission.

Coordinated vehicles work as one system. Together three units form a 12 to 18 m barrier with shared lighting, synchronised announcements and optimal spacing.

Three-vehicle formation

Unified public address

One voice across all units, live or pre-recorded.

Coordinated positioning

Formation and spacing managed for coverage and safety.

Shared illumination

Lighting that works as a single field for maximum visibility.

Use cases

Choose a scenario

Counter-terror and close-quarter protection

Counter-terror and close-quarter protection

Protect personnel, enable a safe advance and reduce risk in confined, high-threat spaces.

Front shield01

Front shield

Lead the team with protected forward movement.

Angled advance02

Angled advance

Adjust door angle to clear corners, rooms and complex spaces.

Narrow corridors03

Narrow corridors

Maintain protection in tight and confined environments.

Room entry support04

Room entry support

Create a protected entry point for personnel.

VIP protection

VIP protection

Secure movement, control access and ensure safe passage along the route.

Full road block01

Full road block

Rapidly block or divert traffic to create a secure corridor for VIP movement.

Angled deployment02

Angled deployment

Adjust angle to suit road geometry and intersection layouts.

Gate mode03

Gate mode

Create a controlled entry and exit point for authorised vehicles and personnel.

Narrow passage control04

Narrow passage control

Deploy in confined urban spaces, chokepoints or access roads.

Crowd management

Crowd management

A visible, lit and announced barrier that holds a line without putting officers in front of it.

Protective barrier

Expandable shield walls hold a line.

Public address

Live and recorded announcements in multiple languages.

Illumination

Floodlights for day and night operations.

Multi-vehicle

Formation control from a single operator.
